Abstract
Brief excerpt from interview: What motivated me was having students engaged in the learning... I think students learn much more when they discover the information and the writing helps them to integrate all the different pieces... It's very important that students be able to write technical reports, the type of thing that [professionals] would write. [It] led to a much higher quality of writing, because they were graded as a team.
