Abstract
The world keeps spinning, rushing along on its course; it never pauses or ponders where it has been and what it means to have been there and experienced it. Time gone by can never be recaptured and the glory or emptiness of each passing moment shines and is lost. Yet, if one looks hard enough and hopes, a glimmer, a ghost of some past moment flashes the imagination to life. They cannot be held in the hand, but they are an assurance of things to come, for without a past there is no future.
