Abstract
The 21st century has become the decade of transformation in mass media. Originally, newspaper was the first to be introduced, and as the time went by, advanced mass media, such as radio and television were invented. These traditional media were known as old media. Then, not too long time ago, digital devices, especially social media have begun to grow the popularity. Starting from myspace, Facebook and Twitter, numbers of social networking have been shaping our society. Along with the development of new media, humans also have continued to change their behaviors. This change has been a serious issue in old media, especially in print publications because they have been struggling to figure out how to reach their customers who rather reply on online sources today.
