The Chemical Facility Information System for Hawaii (CFISH) computer program allows you to find out about hazardous substances in your community. The Hawaii Department of Health, working with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the University of Hawaii Environmental Center, developed the CFISH computer program to give you easy access to this information. This is the end user manual for the information system.
