Abstract: The food safety concerns about the presence of BPA in food packaging and baby bottles are discussed. The FDA had not recommended that consumers discontinue use of products containing BPA, but concerned consumers are advised that alternatives to polycarbonate baby bottles, such as glass bottles, exist.
