Seneca, François

Francois Seneca is a Junior Researcher at Kewalo Marine Lab. He studies molecular biology in reef-building corals and other cnidarians. Prior to his position at Kewalo, Francois worked at Hopkins Marine Station of Stanford University in Monterey, CA. He received his PhD from James Cook University in Townsville, Australia following his Bachelor of Science from UH Manoa. He has authored several journal articles aimed at understanding the environmental stress response in corals facing climate change. For more information about Francois’ research: foseneca.com.
