Abstract
"Brewer Environmental Services (BES) was retained by True Geothermal Energy Company (hereinafter "True") to document the response action of a release of an unknown quantity of diesel fuel in to the environment. The release occurred over time as a result of overfill practices or leaking equipment around the former location of the 13,000 gallon diesel above ground storage tank (AST.) For this purpose, BES completed the following tasks: inspected and photographed the conditions of the impacted area, screened soil samples for laboratory analysis, and prepared a report detailing all observations, procedures, laboratory results, conclusions and recommendations. The laboratory did not detect concentrations above the DOH guidelines. BES recommends that no further action is necessary to close this release."
