The history of introductions of the mymarid egg parasitoid Anaphes (Patasson) calendrae (Gahan) into Hawaii for biological control of sphenophorine weevils (Coleoptera: Curculionidae) is reviewed, and its establishment on the islands of Oahu, Maui and Hawaii is documented.
