Citation: Flores, Nagel. 'Student interview for Place-Based WAC/WID writing instruction in Communicology, clip 1 of 15.' Interview with Jim Henry. Scholarspace. Sep. 2015. Web.
Abstract: Brief excerpt from interview: I took the course because it was listed under culture and communication. Because I am highly interested in culture, I wanted to pursue this class. Although I did fulfill all my Writing Intensives prior to taking this class, I feel that the Writing Intensive did enhance my writing skills and also helped me reflect on... the cultural aspects of my personal life.
Description: This item includes a segment of a student interview in a Writing Intensive course in Communicology at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa. The interview was conducted in 2014, and in this clip the interviewee is responding to the question 'Why did you take this course?'
