Abstract: This statement pertains to the proposal to establish zones of mixing in Honolulu Harbor and Kapalama Canal, Oahu. It is our understanding that the proposed zones of mixing in Honolulu Harbor and Kapalama Canal are the first to be formally considered pursuant to the provisions of the Water Quality Standards.
