HNFAS programs span a wide range of subjects from the basic principles of human nutrition and food chemistry to the development of animal production systems. HNFAS is home to two exciting undergraduate programs: Animal Sciences and Food Science Human Nutrition and four extraordinary graduate programs: Master of Science in Animal Science, Master of Science in Food Science, Master of Science in Nutritional Sciences and our newest, the Interdisciplinary Ph.D. program in Nutrition.
