Abstract
This report summarizes discussions held and conclusions reached at the Bali Dialogue, a meeting of senior officials and analysts from countries of the Asia Pacific region co-sponsored by the East-West Center and the Center for South East Asian Studies. The Dialogue facilitated unofficial, frank, and not-for-attribution discussions of issues concerning military and intelligence gathering activities in the Exclusive Economic Zones. This summary reflects the diverse perspectives of the participants and does not necessarily represent the views of the East-West Center, the Center for South East Asian Studies, Indonesia, or any particular participant.
