Paul Wermager, Science/Technology Reference department head, self-published the volume SciTech: History and Recollections of the Science & Technology Reference Department, University of Hawaii at Manoa Library, and the University of Hawaii from materials and information he began collecting in 2005 during a search among old files for a history of the Science & Technology Reference Department in anticipation of the upcoming centennial for the University of Hawaii in 2007.
