Abstract
The twospotted spider mite, Tetranychus urticae Koch (Acari: Tetranychidae), has been identified from several locations on the islands of Oahu, Maui and Hawaii. The importance of this fact with regard to importation of ornamentals and phytoseiid predators of spider mites reared on twospotted spider mite is discussed.
